House In Apartment

This project we designed for homeowners who have the habit of using cigars in their homes. Their 2nd baby is small and they are about to have a 3rd baby. The problem for us is to design so that it meets the habits of the homeowner but is safe for young children. The idea of "House in apartment" was formed from it.
In the shared use space of the apartment, we designed a Smoking Cabin to prevent smoke from coming out, but homeowners can still watch their children play outside. This cabin is shaped as a roof to give it a child-friendly feel. Partition walls are made of glass so as not to obstruct the view. We have to use a separate air conditioning and ventilation solution for this Cabin to bring the most comfort to the owner when using.
The project is renovated from 2 available apartments. These are 2 apartments with premises that lack interconnectivity. Based on this situation, we arrange bedrooms in the same area and common rooms in the same area. This brings tranquility and privacy to the bedrooms by the noise from the common living area.
