With deep roots in materials and manufacturing, brothers Chris and Reed Kingsley launched Brownstone Furniture twenty years ago. The family-owned business grew to three when the brothers brought on Reed’s wife and former interior designer, Kassia, to lead product design and development. Throughout the years, creating beautiful pieces that endure the test of time, and providing partners with impeccable customer service, have always been the cornerstone of Brownstone Furniture.

Brownstone Furniture pieces are influenced by how this California-based family decorates their own homes. Classic looks are updated with clean lines, comfort, and functionality in mind. Unique finishes and textures like environmentally-friendly woods, top grain Italian leather, and woven materials are meant to be touched, and together they create a special experience in every room. These neutral, natural components make Brownstone Furniture easy to work into any environment.

With its own dedicated factory, Brownstone Furniture is always in-stock and ready to ship from it’s Richmond facilities. For our soft goods, in-house upholstery is offered using any of our Brownstone Textiles, or customer’s own materials. Designers can personalize pieces to suit their unique projects, and still get them delivered in time for their installations.
